  Definitely a 3 star hotel. Friendly, helpful staff. Room was moderately clean, beds were very hard. No safe in room, tea/coffee service in room inadequate. Restaurant looked a bit shabby. Breakfast for Western tourists, minimal. I would stay here again as the location is just across from the beach in a nice scenic area. Belly's Cafe/Bar is a great place for a beer or meal. Variety menu.
